1 lb. hamburger
3 medium slices of bread (torn in pieces)
1 c. milk
(or substitute 1 c. dry bread crumbs and 1 1/4 c milk)
1/4 c diced onion
1 egg (beaten)
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 T ketchup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix throughly hamburger, bread pieces, milk,
egg, onion, salt, pepper, dry mustard, sage, celery salt, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce in big bowl. Then shape into loaf and place in 9 X 13 baking pan. Spread ketchup over the top of loaf.

Bake at 350º degrees in oven for about 1 1/2 hours
