1 lb hamburger
1 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
11 c chopped cabbage
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can tomatoes with chilies
1 can pinto beans
1/2 c catsup
1 1/2 t chili powder
1 1/2 t oregano
1/2 t pepper

In skillet, brown hamburger, onion and celery. Put in large crockpot along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.

We like this but think the catsup makes it a little too sweet so I usually omit.
