6 peaches(pitted & cut into quarters or eights), 6 plums (pitted or quartered or halved), 1/2 cup sugar, 2 cups fresh raspberries, 2 Tbls orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º Place the peaches and plums snugly in a single layer, cut side up, in glass baking dishes. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10 minutes then add raspberries and bake 10 or 15 minutes more. Heat the broiler and place the fruit about 5 inches below broiler for 5 - to 8 minutes until berries release some of their juices. Remove from the broiler and sprinkle with orange juice. Serve warm or at room temperature.
