1 lb.+ per person, country style pork ribs or babyback ribs
savor salt
Sauce:
for 4 lbs ribs...
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
3 T. worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 diced onion
1 bunch diced celery

Directions:

Sprinkle ribs with salt. Bake at 400º for an hour. Be sure to watch it! (You may lower the temperature and cook a little longer.)
Line a roasting pan with foil, then crisp and brown the ribs on the roasting pan. Drain fat.
For the sauce, mix ingredients in saucepan and boil for 1/2 hour. Spoon over ribs and bake at least an hour at 325º.
