Directions:
Whip flour, salt and egg white together with enough lukewarm water to make a soft dough. Place in a small buttered dish and let it stand in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Place the dough on a pastry cloth, about 36 x 40 inches, that has been well sprinkled with flour. Stretch or roll the dough into a large thin layer. Sprinkle dough with butter, breadcrumbs, cinnamon, and sugar. Next cover with the apple slices and raisins. Using cloth, roll up the dough and place the roll on a cookie sheet. Brush the top of the roll with butter and bake in the oven at 350° for 20-30 minutes. Then bake another 10-15 minutes at 425°.
