2 cups chopped potatoes
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup chopped onion.
1 sq. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 chicken bullion
1 lg can milk
bacon or ham for flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes, celery and onion with water. Boil until done. Mash or put in a blender. Add 1 square butter or margarine, salt and pepper to taste. May add chicken bullion cube. Add 1 lg can milk. Add bacon or ham chopped up for flavor if desired.
