2 tbsp Red Star yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm water ( 105-110 degrees)
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
9 cups flour
Sesame seeds

Glaze:
! egg mixed with a little water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat to 110-115º the oil, 1 1/2 cups water, sugar and salt.

While heating proof the yeast in the 1/ 2 cup lukewarm water (110-115 º).

Remove the sugar mixture from the stove and add 3 eggs that are slightly beaten.

Add yeast mixture.

With whisk attachment and mixing bowl mix all of this together.

Stir in 6 - 7 cups of bread flour. Then turn out on the counter and knead in 1 - 2 cups more.

Put in large greased bowl to rise until doubled in size.

Punch down and knead 5 - 6 times.

Cut into 12 (for large buns) or 24 ( for smaller buns) pieces. Shape into buns and place on greased baking sheet.

Let rise until doubled.

Brush with egg glaze gently and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake @ 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.

Take out of the oven when done and brush with butter (real).

Cool and wrap to freeze or eat.
