1 small ripe tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
12 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tube (12 ounce) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, separated into 10 biscuits.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450º. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

In small bowl, combine tomato, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese, onion and basil; set aside. Split each biscuit into three layers; press one layer into an ungreased muffin cup. Spoon tomato mixture into cups.

Bake in preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
