1 1/2 cups sugar (340 grams)
1/2 cup melted butter (113 grams)
3 bananas ( Ripe!! and mashed )
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 cups flour (240 grams)
4 tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas together and blend well in mixer.

Mix the flour, soda, and salt together.

Add flour and milk alternately ending with the flour.

Bake in preheated 350º oven for 40 - 50 minutes in a prepared loaf pan.

This was the mother of one of the guys I worked with at Mullin's TV. He would bring this to me as a treat once in awhile. Best banana bread I ever had!!
