3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup can of evaporated milk
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
12 0z. dark chocolate chips
7 oz. Kraft marshmallow kreme
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
Splash Amaretto

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the 9 x 13" pan by coating it with butter.

Pour the 12 oz. of milk chocolate chips into the mixing bowl with the wire whisk attached.

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in medium saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly on medium-high heat.

Turn to medium and boil for 5 minutes.

Add to the chocolate chips in the mixing bowl. Stir until melted.

Add the marshmallow kreme and mix until well incorporated.

Keep the mixer running as much as possible.

Add the nuts (if using), vanilla, and Amaretto.

Add dark chocolate chips to darken the color to your liking.

Pour into prepared 9 x 13" pan. Spread evenly. Cover with waxed paper directly on top of the fudge, not the pan. Cool completely.

Cut into squares and place in a tin fitted with waxed paper circles. Put waxed paper between can and lid . This will provide a tighter fit.
