6 small new potatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 package frozen vegetables for stirfrying
1 package smoked sausage, sliced thinly
1 package cooked chicken Rice-A-Roni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice and cool in the refrigerator. Be sure to do this ahead or use leftovers, so it is really cold.

Slice potatoes and add along with 1/2 of the soup mix to pan and stirfry in the oil. When almost done add the vegetables.

While potatoes are cooking, microwave the sausage and drain off the fat.

When vegetables are done add the sausage.

Then add the rice.

Stirfry slightly just to warm at this point.

Serve and enjoy!
