Ingredients:  
1 1/2 cans apricot halves, drained
1 prebaked pie shell ( baked for 10 minutes )

Topping :
1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
dash salt
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Prebake the crust for 10 minutes.

Place apricots cut side up in prebaked crust.

Topping:
Mix flour, sugar,, and salt. Sprinkle on top of apricots. Pour the whipping cream directly on top of all of the above.

Bake @ 350º for 1 hour or until set.
