Cake:
5 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. coconut extract
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can or cup of coconut

Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. coconut extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour a tube pan. Mix cake ingredients and pour into pan and bake for one hour.

Sauce:
Boil 1 minute in sauce pan and pour over cake. ( double the recipe ).

Let stand @ least 15 minutes then flip out of pan.
