Mix all together : 1 # Butter
1 # Cream Cheese
1 Package Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
Filling: Parmesan Cheese
Marinated Artichokes
1/3 Cup Roasted Red Peppers ( drained
and chopped )
3 tbsp. Parsley

Layer: 1/2 Cream Cheese Mixture
All of the Filling
1/2 Cream Cheese Mixture

Chill 4 hours or overnight and serve with good quality crackers.
