1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 to 3/4 cup granulated sugar
sm can pineapple chunks
sm can mandarin oranges
2 bananas
strawberries (fresh or frozen)
*kiwi or coconut flakes optional*

Directions:
Directions:
Slice dough into 1/8" slices. Smooth on lightly greased pizza pan by layering until pan is completely covered. Cook as directed on package. Mix 1/2 to 3/4 c sugar with cream cheese. Blend until creamy. Spread over cooled cookie dough. Arrange fruit on top. You can substitute any of your favorite fruits. Chill 2 hours.

I like to arrange the fruit in an attractive circular design. Also, I sprinkle some lemon juice on the fruit to keep them from browning esp. bananas.
