4 lb spare ribs
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c chili sauce
1/4 c catsup
1/2 c dark rum
1/4 c soy sauce
1 T Worchesteshire sauce
1 t mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cub ribs into bite size pieces. Line roasting pan with double thickness aluminum foil. Seal ribs tightly in foil. Bake 1 hour @ 350. Pour off drippings. Put in crock pot and pour marinade over ribs. Let cook for 5-6 hours.
