1/4 c butter
1/3 c brown sugar
2 t cinnamon
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
4 eggs
1/2 c flour
1/2 c milk
dash salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Put first three ingredients in skillet in oven until hot and bubbly. Add apple and return to oven 2/3 minutes. Beat together remaining four ingredients, pour into skillet over apples evenly. Return to oven 25 minutes or until brown and puffy.
