1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, sliced
1-1/2 cups water
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1 can (680 mL) tomato sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Shredded Cheese

COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done.

STIR in water. Bring to boil. Add pasta; stir until evenly covered with water. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until pasta is tender.

STIR in sauce. Top with cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. or until cheese is melted and pasta mixture is heated through.
