1/4 ounce pkg active dry yeast; 1 1/4 c. warm water (105-115 degrees F.); 2 T. vegetable oil; 1 dash salt; 4 c. all-purpose flour, divided; 2 tablespoons cornmeal.

1. Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
2. Stir in oil and salt. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
3. Sprinkle cornmeal over 2 lightly greased 12-inch pizza pans. Divide dough in half. Lightly grease hands and pat dough evenly into pizza pans.
4. Add your favorite pizza ingredients.
5. Bake at 425º for 8-10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.

This is the best homemade pizza dough I've ever tasted and so easy to make. I only use half at a time and freeze the other half until I'm ready for pizza again.
