1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries; 2 small oranges; 1 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and separate orange into pieces (do not peel). Remove seeds as necessary. Put the orange and sugar into blender and blend well. Add the cranberries a few at a time until all have been blended together. Don't blend it too fine as you want the relish to be fairly coarse. Let set 3-4 days in the refrigerator to marry the flavors.
