2 T brown or black mustard seeds, coarsely ground (We use a spice grinder, you can use a mortar and pestle. Whatever works.)
2 T yellow mustard seeds, coarsely ground
1/4 c brown or yellow mustard powder
1/4 c cold water
3 T white-wine vinegar
1 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard seeds, powder, and water -- let stand 10 minutes

Stir in vinegar and salt -- cover and refrigerate

(if mustard is too thick add more vinegar... or try some other flavory liquid)
