1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg (16 oz.) Wegmans Minestrone Soup Vegetables
1 can (48 oz.) chicken broth
1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans,undrained
1 c. Gnocchetti or small pasta
1T. fresh basil (1 t. dry)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in soup pot.Add vegetables and saute`.
Add tomatoes,basil ,salt, and pepper. Saute` 10 minutes. Add broth and beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes. Add pasta; cook until tender. Serve with grated cheese.
Easy and yummy for a winter Saturday lunch!
