3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
3 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Set prepared crust aside. In a mixing bowl, place all ingredients in order. Mix by hand with spoon or wire whisk. Pour into pie crust and bake @ 350º for about 45 minutes or until pie is lightly golden and firm. Serve warm or chilled.

Do not panic if the butter "pools" in the pie while baking and even when the pie is baked and set. After the pie is removed from the oven and cooling, the butter is absorbed into the pie.
