3 sticks margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
4 1/2 c. flour
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 c. almonds (I use pecans!)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine and mix in sugars, eggs, flour & nuts. Roll up into two large rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate. Slice and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º for 10 minutes.

These keep several days in the frig - slice as you want them and bake them fresh! Of course the dough always disappears in my frig....someone seems to like the uncooked dough as well or BETTER than the cookies!!!
