10 oz. sharp Cheddar Cheese, melted
3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese, add bisquick and sausage - mix thoroughly. Roll into bite size balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet in a 350º oven 10-15 minutes or until brown. OR freeze unbaked balls, and bake frozen for 20 minutes. Makes about 8 dozen,
