2 1/3 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 bananas, mashed
2/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda

Filling:
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. flour
2 T. milk
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese

Frosting:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat batter ingredients on high for 3 min. Pour half of batter into 9x13 pan.

Blend filling until smooth and spread on cake batter. Add remaining cake batter on top of filling. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool cake thoroughly. Beat all frosting ingredients until creamy and frost cooled cake. Chill until time to serve.
