3-4 lb pork butt or shoulder
½ cup vinegar
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
*Mix vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, s&p and sugar in a container.
*Place meat in crock pot and cook on slow for 8 hours or so. Pick at the meat to see how easily it falls apart. If not too, then cook longer.
*As the meat starts to shred itself, pour the marinade over and stir.
*Continue cooking another 15 min or so OR turn off crock and allow to sit a bit to absorb the marinade and flavors.
