1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuits
3 tabs crushed garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 (6oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes, slice in half
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll biscuits and pat out to 1/4 inch rounds. Place on baking sheet. Make dimples in each with fingertips.

In a small bowl combine olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning. Using a pastry brush, bursh tops with olive oil mixture. Place 2 artichoke quarters on each biscuit and 5 grape tomato halves. Top with 2 Tbsp bleu cheese.

Bake at 350º for 13 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
