1 1/3 c. butter
1 1/3 c. olive oil
1 1/3 c. bacon grease
42 oz. lemon juice
3 large onions
2 jalapeņo peppers
1 clove garlic
4 tsp. celery seed
10 oz. Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
1 1/3 c. white vinegar
3 oz. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/3 c. sugar

Chicken marinade and basting sauce:
Puree onion, garlic and pepper with lemon juice in blender or food processor. Add all ingredients to large saucepan and bring to boil; simmer 10 minutes. Let cool and marinate chicken overnight in Zip-Lok bags. Makes 1 gallon. Reserve about 2 cups to marinate chicken while it cooks, every 30 minutes or so.
