6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 cups milk, divided
3 cups unsifted all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, salt, and 1 cup milk, beating until ingredients are combined. Add flour and remaining milk gradually, beating until batter is smooth.

2. Using 2 tablespoons batter for each pancake, bake on hot greased griddle until golden brown. Makes about 30 3-inch pancakes.

3. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, just plain syrup, or roll with jelly or dry cottage cheese.

From Grandma Bucholtz, 1978. She loved thin pancakes, which she always called by their Polish name, "nalesniki", which is Polish for "crepe".
