Boiled potatoes
Boiled eggs (about 2 eggs per each large potato)
Lawry's Seasoned Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Chopped onion, if desired
Chopped celery, if desired
Hellman's Real Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cube. Peel eggs and coarsely chop.

2. Add seasoned salt, pepper, chopped onion, and chopped celery; toss lightly to mix all together.

3. Add mayonnaise, and mix lightly again.

Personal Notes:
We like this best when it's fresh, before refrigeration, and there's a definite divide in the family over who likes the onion and celery, and who likes it just "plain". Either way, it's the only potato salad I'll ever eat.
*The same ingredients, minus the potatoes, can be used for egg salad sandwich filling. Again, adding the onion and celery is a personal choice you'll have to make.
