12 baby red potatoes
4 gloves garlic
1 cup & 2 T Parmesan cheese
4 T butter
2 T milk
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T chopped parsely

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and garlic gloves until potatoes are tender. Slip garlic out of skins and mash with potatoes. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese, butter, milk, salt, pepper. Spread in buttered 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Broil about 4" from heat about 6 mins to brown top. Can be made ahead of time and re-heated.
