5 or 6 large potatoes (cut into cubes, peeled or unpeeled depending on your preference)
1 small onion (minced)
1 package mushrooms (sliced)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Butter two tin foil sheets; place all ingredients, except for the cheese on one of the tin foil sheets. Place the remaining sheet on top of the other, fold together, making sure to seal well. Place on grill for 30 to 45 minutes, turning while grilling. When potatoes are done, remove from grill, open foil packet, add cheese, and reseal to melt. Serve immediately.
