1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla and then blend in dry ingredients. Add oatmeal last! Bake at 350º for 10 - 14 minutes.
