Makes one gallon:

3 lb. butter/margarine
1/2 gal. (64 oz.) white vinegar
4 c. lemon juice
7 oz. (14 T.) garlic salt
3 oz. (6 T.) salt
3 oz. (6 T.) black pepper
20 oz. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Combine ingredients is a large stock pot, bring to a boil and simmer 8-10 minutes.

Use this sauce as a mop for BBQ chicken. Baste the chicken every 20-30 minutes while it cooks on the grill.

Unused portion can be frozen for later use
