2 lbs pork steak
2 medium onions, chopped
1 can chicken broth
1 cup chopped celery
1 bag cooked egg noodles
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 2 lbs of cubed pork steak with 2 medium onions in skillet. Then add 1 can chicken broth and 1 cup celery. Simmer for ½ - ¾ hour in covered pan. Add 1 bag of cooked egg noodles. Add 1 can whole kernel corn, drained; 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Heat through and serve. If making for a big crowd, triple recipe for a Nesco roaster.
