1 5lb pork butt roast
salt and pepper
1 14oz. can beef broth
1/4 c. brewed coffee
favorite bbq sauce (I use Baby Rays)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in half. Rub each with salt and pepper. Place in a slow cooker. Pour broth and coffee over roast. Cover. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove from slow cooker and shred. You can add bbq sauce to the whole roast or do it the southern way and just top the meat with it on the sandwich. Serve on a bun with coleslaw.

With the leftover pork you can make bbq nachos. Just put tortilla chips on baking sheet and top with the meat, some more bbq sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Bake till cheese is melted.
