4 pounds baby back ribs
1 can drained peaches
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
2 T soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. worchester sauce
1 T spicy mustard

Directions:
Directions:
For sauce, mix all ingredients in blender. Rub ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Place ribs, meat side up on broiling pan. Bake in 450 degree over for 15 minutes. Put ribs in roaster oven and cover with sauce. Slow cook at 325 degrees for two hours, basting several times. Place ribs on barbecue grill for a couple of minutes and brush with sauce.
