Ingredients:  
Chicken Fondue: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, 40 (oz) chicken broth, salt & pepper to taste.

Steak Fondue: q lb steak, cut into 1-2 inch pieces, 4 cups beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Chicken: Dice chicken in 1" cubes. Season cubes with salt & pepper. Bring broth to a boil in fondue pot, then maintain that temperature. Cook chicken by skewing them on fondue fork and dipping in boiling broth for 60 seconds.
Steak: Pour broth into fondue pot and bring to a boil. Place steaks on fondue forks and cook until meat browns on all sides. Remove meat from skewer, let cool.
