12 eggs
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups milk
6-8 frozen hashbrown patties
1 stick of melted butter
2 cups cubed ham (you can also use sausage or bacon)
1 chopped onion (you can also use green pepper or mushrooms)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish with one layer of hashbrowns. Pour melted butter over the top and let sit for awhile. In a large mixing bowl, scramble eggs and milk together, and add meat and veggies. Pour over hashbrowns. Salt and pepper and then top with cheese. You can refriderate this overnight and bake it the next day if you want. Bake at 350ºF for about an hour.
