35 saltine crackers
1 c brown sugar
1 c butter
1/2 t almond extract
1 package milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place crackers in a single layer in a foil lined and greased 10 x 15 cookie sheet. Melt butter and boil with sugar for 2 to 3 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in extract. Pour over crackers and bake for 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly. Spread as chips begin to melt. Break into pieces and store in refrigerator.

For extra presentation, you can melt a little white chocolate bark and drizzle over the chocolate after it has hardened.
