1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 lbs)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/8 tsp pepper

1. Place beef in Crock Pot. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl. Pour mixture over the meat. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
2. Remove beef from Crock Pot and shred with a fork.
3. Combine meat with 1 cup of the sauce from slow cooker.
