2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cups cold butter
1/2 teas. baking powder
1/2 teas. baking soda
1/2 teas. salt
3/4 cup sour cream
1 egg beaten
1 1/2 teas. almond extract

Filling:
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup raspberry jam
1/2 cup silvered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine flour and sugar- cut in butter until crumbly. set aside 1 cup of mixture. To remaining crumb mixture add baking powder, soda, sour cream, egg, and almond extract. Mix well and spread in bottom of of greased 9 inch springform pan. For filling combine cream cheese, sugar and egg. Beat well and spread over batter. Top with jam. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and almonds. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
