2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. grated longhorn cheese
1 can black olives (optional)
1 can whole corn
1 can tomatoes (peeled)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg (12 oz.) wide noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with onion, green pepper. Drain. Add olives, corn , tomatoes, soup, sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour covered. cook noodles according to directions. Drain. Add cheese and noodles (save some cheese to put on top). Mix and pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
