Ingredients:  
Spread 3-4 cups sliced fresh peaches on bottom of buttered 9 x 13 baking dish.

Mix 1/2 c. sugar & 1 Tbsp. butter

Add: 1 c. plain flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt.

Add: 1/2 c. milk and pour over top of peaches. Sprinkle top of batter with 1 c. sugar. Pour over 1/2 c. water.
