hard roll

Directions:
Directions:
Place about 3/4 cup leftover pork roast in sandwich bad and seal. With bag sealed, use your fingers to pull pork into shreds. When even consistency, add 1/4 cup applesauce. Mix. Heap pork and applesauce mixture on buttered hard roll.
