one salmon
red chili seasoning
orange and lemon slices
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slit fish down the backbone until the fish lays flat.
Lay on a foil covered cookie sheet
Sprinkle with red chili seasoning and add orange and lemon slices, a sprinkle of salt and pepper
Wrap up the foil . If cooking on the BBQ cook on low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes
Then unwrap foil and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes or until it is done.
If you do the fish in the oven cook on medium heat, and watch carefully.
