2 cans garbanzo beans, drained (reserve 1/3 c. liquid)
12 oz. roasted red peppers, drained
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt

Directions:

In food processor, combine all ingredients, including reserved liquid. Process until no lumps remain. Serve immediately or cover and chill.
