12 eggs, hard boiled
1/2 to 1 cup mayonnaise, light or regular'1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon MURAL OF FLAVOR
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12-16 slices bread or croissants
Bibb lettuce, optional
sliced red onion, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop eggs and set aside. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, MURAL OF FLAVOR, and pepper together in small bowl starting with the smaller amount of mayo. Add the dressing to the eggs and mix lightly. Add more mayo as desired. Use 1/3 to 1/2 cup of egg salad per sandwich. Garnish with lettuce and onion if desired.
