1 lean beef roast (3 to 4 lbs)

1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme

Hard rolls or French bread

Directions:
Remove and discard all visible fat. Put roast in slow cooker. Combine soy, bouillon & spices. (I heat in the microwave so bouillon is easier to dissolve.) Pour over roast. Add water to almost cover roast. Cook on low for 10-12 hours or on high for 5 hours. Remove meat and reserve broth. Shred beef with fork. Dip sandwiches in broth.

Very easy to prepare. You can add more of each ingredient for your tastes. You really can't overcook either and it is very yummy!!
